Jeremy Pelter is currently the Business Operations Officer for the Office of Investment and Innovation at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The Office of Investment and Innovation houses the Small Business Investment Company (SBIC), Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR), Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) and the Growth Accelerator Fund Competition programs.
He provides direct leadership to the Office of the Business Operations Officer including the Administrative Services, Funding Administration and Data Management Branches. He sits on the Management Board of SBA and is an active member of the SBIC Investment and Divisional Licensure Committees.
Prior to his service with the Office of Investment and Innovation, Jeremy served in the SBA Office of Field Operations, providing budget and support services management for over 90 offices covering all 50 States, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam and U. S. Territories. He also served in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer as the Budget Analyst for SBA’s eight largest program delivery offices.
