Eraina R. McCoy

Ms. McCoy is a results-driven leader with experience directing programs and operations in diverse environments within the federal government. She has launched cutting-edge programs and processes across multiple organizations to enhance customer experience and increase service delivery. Through effective servant leadership, oversight, and engagement of multi-disciplinary work teams, Ms. McCoy has a track record for growing leaders, developing high performance teams, and cultivating a positive culture with diversity, equity, and inclusion top-of-mind to achieve organizational goals.
Ms. McCoy has cross-agency experience working at the Department of Transportation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). At HUD, she managed multi-million-dollar contracts, led national campaigns, and established a continuity of operation footprint to build organizational resiliency and minimize operational risk. She enjoys adding value to any operation and creating a space for teams to thrive while co-creating and implementing action plans to maximize efficient delivery of government services.
Ms. McCoy completed the HUD Innovation Fellows Program, the Partnership for Public Service (PPS) Gov 21 Innovation Fellows Program, the African American Federal Executive Association Fellows Program, and the PPS Excellence in Government Fellows Program.
Ms. McCoy has a B.S. in Public Communications and an M.A. in Public Administration with a concentration in Administrative Management from Bowie State University.
As a WHLDP Fellow, Eraina is charged with leading, advising, and collaborating with partners within the Executive Office of the President and Executive Agencies to develop strategies to enhance the federal services customer experience.
