Brian Mohr

Department of Agriculture

2023 fellow

Brian Mohr is a servant leader and Veteran Marine with a successful history leading projects and people in the military, private, and federal sectors.

Mr. Mohr is an accomplished leader and team builder whose mission is to develop the next generation of civil servants who will modernize the Federal Government to deliver programs efficiently, equitably, and effectively. At the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), he served as the USDA’s Deputy Future of Work and COVID Coordinator. Mr. Mohr provided strategic leadership on the development and implementation of the department’s Workplace Safety Plan and other COVID-related policies, as well as created the Department’s Future of Work objectives.

During his 10 years of service, Mr. Mohr helped those around him create innovative solutions to the ever-changing needs of those they serve.

Mr. Mohr has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Colorado State University and a master’s of business administration from the University of Maryland in College Park. As a White House Leadership Development Program Fellow, Mr. Mohr is assigned to the Office of Federal Financial Management.
