- Strengthen global health security, combat infectious disease threats, and address priority global health challenges through bilateral engagement and within multilateral fora
- Secure ambitious climate mitigation and adaptation outcomes, including supporting effective Paris Agreement implementation
- Reinvigorate U.S. humanitarian leadership and provide lifesaving protection and assistance in response to international disasters and humanitarian crises overseas
